In the heart of the Wylye Valley
Norton Bavant Village, Wiltshire
Norton Bavant is situated at the western end of the beautiful Wylye valley in Wiltshire a couple of miles east of Warminster. The village lies close to the river Wylye overlooked by the hills of Scratchbury and Cotley, both over 190 metres above sea level.
The village of Norton Bavant extends northwards beyond these hills encompassing two outlying farms and extending onto Salisbury Plain. It is located 19 miles from the Roman city of Bath and twenty miles from the medieval city of Salisbury.
